An extension is a major investment in your home. Diamond provides one experienced building team to help you understand the route ahead, prepare properly and carry the approved design through to completion.
We do not provide architectural design in-house. We can work with your appointed architect or designer, help coordinate the information needed for the build and guide you towards independent professional design support where required.
We listen to what you want from the space, look at the property and discuss the likely build route, practical constraints and budget expectations.
Your architect or designer develops the scheme and handles the appropriate design information. We contribute practical buildability input and coordinate with the professional team.
Once the information is developed, we define the scope, explain allowances and exclusions, agree the programme and give you a clear route into construction.
Diamond coordinates the groundworks, structural work and associated trades, with clear communication and accountable site management throughout the build.
We work through completion, final checks and outstanding items so the new space is handed over properly and ready to become part of your home.

Training, qualifications and renewal dates are monitored so employees and subcontractors are competent for their roles. Toolbox talks and briefings keep site knowledge current.
Site inductions, supervision, inspections and task briefings reinforce safe working. Controls are reviewed when the scope, environment or site conditions change.
Actions, incidents and near misses are recorded and reviewed. The lessons are carried into future planning, training and delivery.
